St. George’s School
“Because the Journey Matters”

We created a series of six one-minute impressionistic films for the St. George’s School Web site, inspired by variations on the school’s tagline: “Because the Journey Matters” such as “Because the journey opens your mind” and “Because the journey brings us together,” etc.

We interviewed approximately 20 students, faculty, and staff, and wove excerpts from their interviews together with footage we filmed of daily life on and around campus, along with original music.

For St. George’s we also created a film in a vignette style about the purpose of academics at the school — “Lives That Matter” — based on an interview we conducted with Eric Peterson, Head of School.
