John directs and produces Upland films from initial concept
through post-production.
Before joining Upland, John was an analyst at
Forrester Research. His research focus was on how to
create compelling, effective user experiences in Web,
document, and software designs. Prior to Forrester,
John was a technology writer and editor and studied
literature at UCLA, focusing on narrative structure
and the use of imagery.
John holds a PhD in English from UCLA, an MA in
medieval studies from the University of York, England,
and a BA from Birmingham-Southern College. |
